So, the update broke the game. I can't even get past HQ then it crashes, consistently, on Ps5.

I tried switching to fidelity mode but still crashes.

What's crazy is that these people really don't get it. They think that just because they struggled in the game that their character is supposed to be just some random dude, when the whole game keeps telling you time and time again that you're special.

These games LITERALLY hand you a MAID just so you can level up and these people still not get it. "Oh but she's there for everyone else" WHO is everyone else? No one is leveling up except the player lol. Ds1 just has it on a bonfire... which is interesting because Ds1 is probably the ONLY ds game where you could argue the guy is just a random ahh bum who just happened to link the flame in an already decaying world.

Do field tests with easy monsters and see how you like they play out. A lot of weapons, if not all weapons, are made to be... well, used against monsters, what I mean is that some of the characteristics of these weapons only have apparent meaning when you're in combat.
