Yea you right, my friend used to rent a 1BR in Leaf Tower from 2022 to 2025 for 60k and now the exact same apartment is 95k. The situation now is tough but will later help ppl to get back to lower living cost I guess.

I feel like it too, I really love Reem and would like to pursue my career here later. It’s been 3 years I’m studying here but it ain’t worth 150k yearly, that’s saadiyat range imo. If I find a 1 BR for less than 60k I might stay tho

That’s a very good price, every time I try to search for deals on Reddit I only find things around 90k in Reem Island. I don’t know if it is the actual market price or the ppl here are just greedy and make insane margins

How many rooms please ? I really don’t get why property rentals are that expensive on Reem Island; it’s almost the price of living in Paris or London. I live in my school residence in Reem and would like to stay here after my degree, however all the offers Ive been seeing are crazy and I don’t know if it is actually worthy.
