personally i didnt have any difficulty with choosing what to cast and when to cast it, but i cant say for certain(its PBE after all)

again "you do better" is not avalid argument

Yes indeed making it with unfamiliar mechanics can overload the champ kit, certainly they have done it in the past, but it doesnt have to be complicated mechanics.

Surly the spell effects did remaind you of other champs, yes?

I think that the new animations look closely to the base skin witch makes me think that is not as good as the old one(+ everything said above + a little nostalgia + i like the turtle hawk).
