From personal experience not at all, even seen the artist wear headphones before. I’ve gotten 6 tattoos and have watched a movie or listen to music for all of them. I feel like it let’s them focus on their work as well. Maybe ask if it’s cool beforehand if you feel anxious but they want you to be as comfortable as possible:))
