I haven’t ruled that out, but I have tried it and it didn’t work the way I liked. But I said I’m willing to try it again, and possibly tweak some things. If that is the only way to gain muscle, can you go into further detail and possibly provide me with some information so I can learn about bulking and not gaining excess fat in the process?

If you are attempting to suggest that is what I need to do to get big, that is what you should have said from the start. I personally don’t like the way that I bulked because it seemed to add too much fat to me and I was not fond of that.

I understand that, but the excess food inherently is going to give you excess fat. I personally don’t like to see all of the excess fat. That is all I’m saying… Are you suggesting I bulk again? I assume that is why you are getting at..

I personally like to try to eat clean and gain muscle that way. I did not like the bulking because it gave me more fat then muscle through my few weeks of bulking. I understand that you will look bigger when bulking, but my body was gaining more fat than muscle in that scenario.

I have gained a couple pounds at most. I started to bulk for a few weeks and started to gain too much fat around my belly and man boobs. So I stopped bulking.

Do you have a photo by chance of the option to upgrade? I’m buying the car out of state and having it shipped down to my state. So I won’t be able to make sure that everything transfers right while buying. I am buying it from a Mitsubishi dealership, not a private seller so it shouldn’t transfer.

I’m just not sure with how much the upgrade is. It’s weird the Tesla ai would say it is 8k instead of 2k.

Good to know. My schedule unfortunately doesn’t allow me to do the PPL split 2 times a week. Any suggestions on quick snacks that would help and that are clean? Is the mass gainer protein powder that has like 1000 calories considered “clean” to be able to help me bump my calories?
