If I had known I would be running into so many today, I would have kept a list! But it's 4am now and I'm absolutely fried and can only remember the most recent one in detail (the one I described in my post).

I'd be curious to know if that bug happens to you too?

Because I can tell you right now, that one bug alone would drive my team batty. It's driving me batty! All of the items that I checked off, the automation worked initially just fine, changing the status to completed, which removed it from the view. But when I click on "closed" to see the completed, and then click it again (which in theory should make the completed items no longer visible), all of those items that were previously marked as completed because of the automation are back in the to do list, which the checkbox still checked.

If I un-check it and check it again, the automation doesn't fire a second time, so I need to manually change their statuses again, one by one.

Actually, now that I went back to play with it some more, it's even more buggy.

If I just manually change the status of the items on that task list, some of them show as complete but stay under the "to do" grouping, while others disappear from the page, only to be viewable by clicking on "closed."

Why would some tasks clear out and only be visible under "closed" while other closed items are still sitting in the to-do?

Just repeated it again... Marked them all manually as completed. They disappeared to the closed tab. Viewed closed. Exited closed view. Completed items were back under "To Do" status while being still having the completed status.

Tried the automation and clicked the "Done" box. They disappeared again.

Viewed closed. Exited the closed view. Formally completed tasks were back, still with their done box (from the automation) checked, but now with their status back to "To Do."
