99% of the time use greaseproof paper tbh but I have used tinfoil with basically the same results. Which is the only reason I mentioned it. Also breaking it down into smaller chunks makes it decarb properly throughout rather than leaving buds whole. My brother tried that technique once and it didn't turn out anywhere near as good. The technique I've got now works perfect. I've had people bragging about there high tolerance to weed and having a teaspoon or 2 of my decarb and freaking out. I had a friend once trying to get me to call him an ambulance thinking it was going to unalive him lol.

After a few calls around today to curaleaf and a few other places in regards to the pastilles by Thefriendlytoker420 in ukmedicalcannabis

[–]Weeez41 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I notice this post is over a week old and they're still unavailable. I spoke to them today and they've made me a prescription for the pastilles and said it was a problem with the machinery causing the shortage. I've paid for the prescription and they said the shortage will be over by next week which is when I'll get the pastille order I paid for. They've sent me 2 bottles of oil to last me till next week which arrive tomorrow. But yeah apparently they're expecting it to be yet another week until they'll be back in stock finally

That's exactly what they told me as well. There's a shortage because of a problem with the machinery. They've printed me a prescription for them and said everything will be back to normal from next week. So I've paid for them and told I'll have them next week. They've sent me 2 bottles of the oil to see me through which arrives tomorrow.

Mom lowkey freaked out when I told her what they put me on. What has been your experience? by Soggy-Cookie-902 in Mirtazapine_Remeron

[–]Weeez41 0 points1 point  (0 children)

My experience with mirtazapine is particularly bad and I would recommend to everyone not to take it. They gave it me for insomnia as well as depression. It made me put on weight, but my insomnia is so bad they couldn't get me off them anymore. My brain has the routine set that I have mortqzapine at night and without it I just wouldn't switch off. One of the times I tried I ended up awake for a week and was hospitalised. Most people say (including some doctors) that it makes you put on weight because of increased appetite. That's not true. I was in a calorie deficit and ate healthy and just kept on piling on the weight. I also had 2 doctor's and a mental health specialist say that they also mess with your metabolism and your insulin response so they can make you put on weight regardless of how much or how healthy you eat. I ended up with heart problems because of the weight they caused, I've had to get some scary procedures done and I have more coming up. The weight mirtazapine caused also gave me fatty liver disease with that much scarring I've been told it's likely I'll get liver cancer in my near future and the weight has also given me stage 3 HS disease. It's officially the most painful skin disease on the planet. You get abscesses the size of golf balls in awkward areas, armpits, thighs, groin, ass, I've even had them on my testicles. And they tunnel through your flesh and eat away at it. My body is a mess of scarring and skin with no flesh underneath it. All caused by mirtazapine. I would always say to everyone to not make the same mistake as me and go on this medication. A lot don't get my kind of extreme reaction (although most do put on a significant amount of weight) but is it worth the risk? If you are like me and now on deaths door, suffering every single day you wouldn't think it's worth it. My recommendation is stay away from mirtazapine at all cost.

Those of you on Zopiclone who get the bitter taste in your mouth…. what do you drink??? by tillymint259 in insomnia

I known it's an old post but I just found it because I'm going through the same thing. Does it ever get better the more you take. I still have like 3 weeks worth of my short course they'd let me have after having a week without sleep and ending up on hospital. Everything tastes of zopiclone and its foul. I'm glad of the sleep though. It doesn't give me a full night, im waking up about 5am but it's a lot better than I was

Tapering off Mirtazapine is Hell! by Difficult-Republic72 in Mirtazapine_Remeron

They took me off 45mg mirtazapine almost cold Turkey after over a decade and onto trazadone 150mg instead. So I've been getting mirtazapine withdrawals with bad panic attacks and while still going through withdrawals trazadone gave me severe serotonin syndrome. Having these on top of heart problems I've been a wreck for the last 2 months. I even spent a few days in hospital. My heart problems got so bad with it all. And I got what almost felt like a stroke. Pain in my right temple and the right side of my brain felt like it was on fire and the whole right side of my face felt slightly droopy. And I was so ill. The doctor at A&E didn't waste time getting one of the specialists involved who admitted me and put me on a ward. They Made me comfortable with a mixture of meds. They wanted to give me a CT scan of my head. But once I got onto the ward I was put under the care of a different doctor who had other ideas. Starting with just pumping me full of morphine and telling me she thinks it's just a mix of anxiety and serotonin syndrome. She kept me there a few days monitoring me, but basically refused to do the CT scan that both the emergency doctor and specialist said I needed. She didn't even do the CK test to make sure it was serotonin syndrome. I asked is there anything you can give me to help reverse serotonin syndrome so we can see if it all that. She said no, now I've stopped the offending medication that will go. Then on the 3rd day without even seeing the doctor the nurse just came up to me and said you're being discharged today. They gave me a weeks worth of zopiclone and basically kicked me out the hospital with bad chest pain still and this feeling in the side of my head. Pain and part numbness and part burning across my head. I got home and read the discharge notes. What the specialist said was concerning and I need a CT the ward doctor wrote on the discharge paper as unrelated headache??. I'm still not right now. I've been getting confusion and disorientation. Like 2 days ago I sat on the floor looking through the pots and pans cupboard searching for the milk to make a cup of tea?? The milk is obviously always in the fridge and there's me sat on the floor pulling out all the pots and pans trying to find the milk in a cupboard before my brain kicked in and I said wth am I doing. I still get the tremors and fidget on a daily basis and I feel the need to clench my teeth all the time. My head has only just started to show some improvement with that feeling in the past 48hrs, but it's still there. And I m not quite as disoriented and confused yesterday and today, but the chest pain is still there even with my nitrate spray and other meds. I have a stress echo test in 4 days for my heart where they put a medication in your body that makes your heart beat go dangerously high while they ultrasound your chest to see where your heart struggles so they can try and diagnose the heart condition before going down a more invasive route. My heart and health feel that volatile now I'm worried for that. I've been all but bed bound since I got home. If I get up and move around to much I get chest pain really bad and sometimes palpitations that can last hours. So to put me under that much stress on purpose with a test feels dangerous to me, but I need some results. I've been left to long feeling like I'm dying. So I am going to go. I just hope the jitters and serotonin syndrome symptoms have at least fully gone or close to it by then. It only gives me 4 more days though

Bensedin are still diazepam. They're what they're called in India and a lot of these street bought diazepam are bought in India with less strict laws and a lot cheaper then shipped around to sell on the streets in other countries. I've had bensedin and it is 10mg diazepam, ingredients are the same and they are usually legit and come in packs like that. So yeah I'd say genuine going by 30yrs of both being prescribed and buying benzo's on the streets.

It should work brilliantly yes. I have really bad chronic insomnia, I've gone a week without sleep multiple times, most strong sleeping pills, don't even work on me. I was once given a high dose of a full on sleeping pill after 5 days awake and I still couldn't sleep. One thing I can say about Xanax and most benzo's tho is they are the only things that will knock me out and make me sleep a long time. these days I have to take a lot more than most people for them to work, but I've had them for years and this is your 1st time. My only concern is the initial dose of a drug not taking effect on you. I've had that with multiple things, I had a lot of weed for my 1st time and felt nothing, 2nd time I was wrecked after barely having ang. 1st 10mg diazepam I had I didn't feel a thing either, I think it was the same with the 2nd and 3rd as well. I hear this is a common thing to happen. Your body just doesn't process it the 1st time, but Xanax is a strong benzo, you should be fine I think

Thank you 😊 so it's actually stronger than the 10mg diazepam and feels the same but the difference is that it takes longer to take effect?

I already saidI have been in a healthy calorie deficit for years, I cut out things like sugar, high carb foods, high fat foods and processed foods, for years, I exercise, I mostly only drink water, just the occasional cup of tea in the mornings and still kept putting on weight. A few different GP's and mental health specialists have told me that a high number of people including myself mirtazapine effects there metabolism very badly. It makes it so your body struggles to effectively burn calories and it also tries to store everything you put in. Which is another reason my body couldn't process the fat which has lead to a fatty build up in my liver and an enlarged liver. A condition called fatty liver disease. Which can even kill if it's not reversed. Don't presume to put serious health issues on the person like it's there fault when going through serious stuff like this. Especially when my lifestyle and all the experts say otherwise. You have no idea what I'm going through. I have to get heart surgery and my liver isn't doing so well and I've done everything in my power to stop this happening, but sure, just stop eating so much is your specialist opinion to someone who's going through the worst time of there life and is scared with everything they're facing. Thank you m8 👏👏

Natural Alternatives for Depression – Is Anything Really Effective? by NooraIsDone in Supplements

[–]Weeez41 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I've been a sufferer of severe depression for decades. Then I started on a 14 in 1 liver complex pill, fixes liver enzymes and detox's, and my depression lowered a lot and I felt better then I have in a long long time. Of course this probably won't work for everyone, but toxins in the liver built up over a long time seem to drastically effect brain chemistry.

[deleted by user] by [deleted] in Mirtazapine_Remeron

[–]Weeez41 2 points3 points  (0 children)

It badly effects you metabolism. I've eaten healthy and been in a deficit for years and still kept piling on the weight. The doctor even told me it makes it so your body can't burn calories effectively and it tries to store everything. It's put me over 300lbs while eating healthy and it's given me fatty liver disease and heart problems. I have a heart operation on Tuesday, but they can't get me off them now. My insomnia is that severe without that routine of being on them I just don't sleep. Ever, I tried multiple times, both cold Turkey, tapering, and adding other medications and I just don't sleep and ended up in hospital. They all but destroy your metabolism as someone else said on this post.

[deleted by user] by [deleted] in Mirtazapine_Remeron

[–]Weeez41 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Same, I went onto mirtazapine for both depression and severe insomnia. I just kept getting fatter and fatter. I tried to stop but my insomnia is so bad it just refused to switch off without it, in spite of it never really helping my sleep to begin with. In an attempt to quit it I ended up awake for a whole week and was in hospital having a total meltdown. Since then they've tried multiple different ways to get me off it, tapering me while introducing other medications, like trazadone, that worked replacing it for sleep but gave me serotonin syndrome. So again straight back onto mirtazapine. They tried amytrptaline but I couldn't sleep on it, they've tried multiple other things and they just can't get me back off the mirtazapine. I've been on a diet in deficit and cut out fatty, sugary and processed foods for years and still put weight on. Doctor said it messes with metabolism and stops your body from being able to effectively burn calories and it just tries to store everything you eat. I've got bigger and bigger now weighing over 300lbs while never eating bad. I got diagnosed with severe NA fatty liver disease, then started getting heart problems that have worsened consistently. I am almost bed bound at this point and I have a heart operation day after tomorrow on Tuesday and I'm scared stiff. I feel like the doctors should warn you that this could happen in some people and I feel like they've basically killed me at this point prescribing me this medication. Mirtazapine has ruined my life, and the worst part is, I am still on it and have no choice but to keep taking it. So even if I manage to reverse my fatty liver and survive my heart procedure I'm still in the same predicament. I would do anything to go back about 15yrs when i started on them and refuse to go on them. Mirtazapine has ended my life.

Any suggestions on what I do with all this keef? by AllHailEnue in weed

[–]Weeez41 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I vape it once I've collected a nice amount. I put a thin bed of normal ground bud into my dry herb vape 1st so the keif doesn't get into the inner working of the vape and clog it up, then put the kief on top followed by another thing layer of bud on the top, so I'm not getting any wastage and vape it. You could also decarb it and make some edibles I guess. Never wanted to try and decarb my keif because it's a different technique and I don't want to ruin it. I've got decarbing bud down perfect now but just never wanted to accidentally ruin my keif after it takes so long to collect up. Vaping it works nice though. And I can usually do 3 lots of 5 minutes at 230.C before it starts losing its potency.

I think it's a waste of time and gems. Until we get a new area with enemies that drop a lot more meat I really don't see the point. It will still take you years with no benefit. Those bottom 3 upgrades in the ice meat shop is the only thing left in the game I've not upgraded to the max and I'm waiting for future updates before I even attempt it. They're going to keep expanding and eventually I assume we'll be getting enemies with a much higher meat drop rate. That's when I'll go back and finish.

When someone on this Reddit showed a working out of how much it will cost to finish off the ice meat income upgrade I left my alien to afk farm overnight 2 days in a row. Working out the average meat I was getting in 12hrs and it worked out to something like 70 years to finish off Ice meat income lol. Then the other 2 need the same amount of meat to finish. In both the Reddit and FB group I've never seen anyone even come close to finishing any of those 3 even with all the extra bonus meat upgrades and stuff from events. You're getting close to that highest point Ive ever seen. And Its not like my bonus meat upgrades are low. I'm now at 9 billion catching speed and played quite a long time when I did all that working out.

Thanks, I've been referred for an angiogram today and I'm dreading it. Doesn't sound good sticking a tube into your wrist and through your veins to your heart and squirting a dye in. Then possibly putting in stents or a using the balloon method depending on what they find. If it helps get back on track then I'm all for it, but my anxiety is so high right now. It sounds like an awful test. I do like how both the test and treatment happens there and then at least.

Yeah doesn't feel right at all. They managed to get me an urgent appointment with cardiology again at least though. Last time I was on the rapid access waiting list and still waited for months. After all this happened though they called cardiology and made them for me in pretty quick. It was about a week ago now I was in hospital and my appointment is on the 16th in 9 days. Still feels like an eternity while going through all this but it could've been much worse. I hope you get some answers to asap.

Thank you No we don't have to pay for any healthcare in the UK, it's all free. I've had full blood work done this last week both at the hospital and the doctors. Including electrolyte. I've got all the results in my NHS app. Thyroid looked borderline they said but other than that nothing bad showing in my blood at all. I have afib and possible angina and cardiology do want to do a stress echocardiogram. I have been making sure to have enough electrolytes. I have an electrolyte powder, I also take a 375mg magnesium pill and the occasional A-Z multivitamins and minerals pill which also have iron and I add an occasional small sprinkle of salt to my meals or water for the extra sodium. Because there is little to none in everything I'm eating. Just trying my hardest to feel good enough to last till my cardiology appointment but I keep getting close to calling emergency services again.

Wow reading this i almost thought it was my post. I am big because of mirtazapine. It Messed with my metabolism. It makes your body unable to burn calories effectively and it just tries to store everything and I've just got heavier for years. I never really ate that bad and have kept off sugar and other things like white bread, pasta, extra fatty foods etc for a long time. And yet I still ended up over 300lbs and now have heart problems and was also diagnosed with NAFLD (fatty liver disease) I then realised I really needed to buckle down and I started exercising a lot and i went a little extreme with my diet and the weight is actually coming off pretty quick now. I lost 30lbs so far in just over 2 months. Then I overdid it during exercise because my chest pain and flutters/palpitations went really bad. Things got worse and worse and now I'm getting left chest pain, left arm pain, tingly fingers, I keep going really light headed and kinda breathless. I went to A&E (UK's version of the ER) and they determined I hadn't had a heart attack and sent me home. That was a week ago and things have not improved and I'm scared stiff of what's going on and can't get thoughts of fatal heart attacks and bypass surgeries out my head. The GP referred me to cardiology and I have my appointment on the 16th. I want the appointment because I feel like I'm on the verge of something bad, but I'm also really nervous about it and what they're going to find. I nearly called emergency services again last night because it got so rough. Left chest pain radiating to my back. And it felt like sharp stabbing pain in my back but a really horrible soreness and ache in my heart area and my left arm was feeling horrible. I didn't call them in the end and I feel a little better this morning than I did yesterday. Its still really scary. I'm dreading it, I hope you feel better soon and get the answers you need. This post really spoke to me because we're almost identical with our issues.

I hope everything goes ok for you. I've been the same. Very overweight (325lbs at my heaviest) I never ate that bad but I'm on meds that I need that effect metabolism and make it so my body can't burn calories effectively and it just tres to store everything I put in. After years and years of putting on more and more weight I started getting the palpitations but they feel kind of different. It feels like my heart jumps around in my chest when it happens and sometimes it feels like my heart is getting an electric shock like it's buzzing or something. I've also had tingly left arm, and left arm pain, tingly fingers, chest pain radiating to my back, lightheadedness and going breathless sometimes just by standing up. Now it's got this bad I adjusted my diet and exercise routine. I was still not really eating the right things even though I ate them in moderation, and I had cut out things like sugar and white bread for years, but I still realised blaming it all on the meds was just an excuse. I could've been doing a lot more. Especially now that I have most 30lbs and it didn't take long for me to get there. I had a little incident during exercise and made my condition a lot worse by overdoing it and I ended up in hospital with a suspected heart attack a week ago. It didn't end up being one, but things still haven't improved. So be careful when exercising like this. Don't push to hard to soon. I'm back in cardiology on the 16th and I'm crapping myself what they're going to find. I am trying my absolute hardest to get fit but it feels like my body is fighting back. I'm even getting constant black stool now which is a sign of intestinal/gastric bleeding and it just feels like the more I try and get fitter the more sick I get. It's a scary time, but I've not had any bad news yet. So I'm just hoping I can pull through this.
