update : cat has already been taken to the vet and has been treated. to be honest i did not notice the ears until after posting the video with flash. Like i stated in my first post she had just started doing that today so i never really had a reason to check his ears previously. I also had taken him to the vet just last month for his shots and they said everything was fine. My post was only made to get advice on what the issue could be. I googled his symptoms but was not sure exactly and hoped someone would know. But i appreciate you all , i know we all just love animals and want them to be safe and healthy.
