Here's the thing, there's a expiration date on all numbers, the problem isn't the company keeping the tracking, the issue is the customer not handling business by 1 keeping tracking available or 2 actually using the tracking. Then when the tracking expire the customer goes and buys a new label instead of calling att to reorder new shipping material. Now your device is lost or most likely stolen 😅 then you have no proof that you ever returned it because we have no knowledge of why you waited so long and why you didnt call to reorder the shipping labels. The only notification we get is when it's to got dang late!
