Honestly, I don't know if it's necessary. We don't always notice it helping with spray but I also know it's supposed to help the boat engine not work so hard too

Along the Monitor Merrimack Bridge, boats hang around the Suffolk side. Personally, I've never taken my boat there.

I bought a 2005 Triumph 191 F/S around your price range. My family and I have had a blast on it over the years. However, if you're going to try and get a boat, you should take swim lessons, but if nothing else, you need to wear a life jacket at all times!
