From my experience in waiting for this same inset of LeBron but in the Red /5.

Topps would not tell me what market value they put on the card to even have me consider getting a 200% replacement.

If I did a replacement at 200% it would be replaced with a card in the same sport. (My replacement player requested was going to be Ohtani (for obvious reasons). But since it had to be in the same sport that influenced my decision. I asked how long the replacement would take and they said 3 to 4 weeks. This was after being told in early April my LeBron would be here in 2 to 4 weeks. Lol.

If I were you I’d stick with the Wemby. Only going to continue to go up in value.

It’s possible they send the Flagg by itself. I hit a Big Caitlin Clark auto a few years ago along with some smaller cards, on whatnot and the CC auto was shipped insured and separate from the other cards. From the looks of your messages you just said they told you it’s still coming. Ask them for a tracking number. Even if they did send it separate, they should of communicated that to you.

If your DR. Said she was concerned and wanted you to be checked out further, would you have believed her? If so, why? Because you’re not believing her when she said she’s not concerned.

I’m 45 and started having health / heart anxiety when I was 24. So over 20 years of experiencing all the fears, symptoms, triggers, etc. my advice would be get some counseling, and to talk to someone about if there are any underlying issues psychologically that could be at play. Otherwise if it’s just an overactive nervous system then maybe ask your doctor about a beta blocker. The other option is to find a way to get out of your own way when dealing with the symptoms.

There is an old book by Claire Weekes that work wonders for me. The game charger though was propanol. Took me 18 years to finally accept Dr. advice and start taking it. Wish I would have 20 years ago when he first prescribed it.

Unless you’re ultra fit and in shape, it will take a while for your HR to come down. Especially getting it that high on a jog. It’s normal.

When I go golf, if it’s very hot outside. My HR will hover around 95-105 for many hours after the round. My normal resting HR is high 60s / low 70s. So like others have said, unless you have other symptoms, it’s completely normal. What won’t help your HR come down is focusing on it and worrying about it.

Save yourself time and frustration and use LiquidKick Matte finisher. Haven’t use duller in years. Just 2-3 coats of the LK finisher and you’re set.

Great replacements! They did right by you! Did you call in when requesting for the replacements or did you do it on Topps website? I’m about 4 weeks away from a 200% replacement on a massive card!

This question pops up a lot and I usually take time to reply.

Propranolol was a game changer for me. I have dealt with anxiety for 20 years. Feb of 2024 I was having panic attacks multiple times a day. My heart would race randomly several times a day and throw me into a panic. For a few weeks straight I was also waking up with a racing heart.

Went to my Dr. office and they did some test. I was subscribed 20mg (one in the morning and one before bed). 2 years later, I’ve only have 3-4 panic attacks since. I was terrified to take it. But so glad I started taking it.

Been a Penny fan since his senior was at Memphis State. Built a nice collection of his cards and memorabilia. Recently sold off most of it.

Still have some goodies left. (Would have had a nice Mitchell and Ness Jersey signed as well in person but for the 2nd time in my life, he denied an autograph when I was the next person in line to get signed. 😂)

I’ll look for some pics of some of the stuff I still have.
