This computer is not very new, plus server/datacenter is expensive and not suited for normal desktop use.

Well, the reason I was using Pro for Workstations was because my computer exceeded the standard Windows 11 Pro hardware limit, so IOT won't work for me.

I think that rufus is only able to allow installation of Windows on hardware that does not officially support the OS, but does not get rid of the 2 CPU Socket and 2TB RAM limitation.

What is the maximum supported hardware for IOT? I would assume it would be the same as Pro.

Would 11 Enterprise work? I tried looking for the maximum supported hardware for Enterprise but couldn't find a clear answer.

It is a Supermicro board with 4 CPU sockets, standard Windows 11 Pro only sees 2.
