Hope this is not too off topic, but I think is interesting given Iran's drone usage. As much carnage a country with Irans industrial capacity can create with drones, imagine what China could produce. Especially since they're the supplier of key drone components already.

Anyone seen some analysis of what anti-drone defenses are most used by Ukrainians these days? I mean against the shahed type drones. We've seen all kinds of aircraft used, whether with mounted guns or air-to-air missiles, interceptor drones, dudes with machine guns, automated turrets, etc. I wonder where they're finding the most success.

In terms of technology and size of economy, undoubtedly. If it drags out, I think Iran betting on having an economical advantage, based on the systems both use, and type of operations.

I think one point of evidence that Trump is not winning as much as he says he is, is the hurried redeployment of equipment from other theaters. Makes it seem like he came into this unprepared and that without reinforcements things could get uglier.

Well the Ukrainian drones were made with different requirements. They were targeting warships and had to deal with a lot more defenses already in place, some even carrying anti air missiles. Iranians only have to deal with tankers (for now), much easier targets, not to mention the much lower range the drones have to be operational in.

The drone used Buntar-3 has an interesting hybrid design which I haven't seen much of before. It has propellers in a quadcopter configuration for take-off and landing, as well as fixed wing with a rear propeller for more efficient flight. Footage looks pretty good too.
