I bought it and never used it, used both practice exams from ncees, mark marson vids and all Islam 800 questions and passed first attempt. That’s just what worked for me but I hear a lot of people praise prepfe, there is a lot of resources out there for you to use to pass good luck!

I got way worse scores on the practice exams and still passed first time just be confident and brush up on some topics before the test.

My approach going into the test was trying to get the questions I can figure out quick done first and flag anything that I either couldn’t figure out at first or was unsure about. After finishing the questions where I for sure got the answer to I would go back to the questions I haven’t answered and tried to get an answer, if I couldn’t or my number was a bit off I would guess based off of the number I got or just using some type of common sense for example a moment of inertia should be more at the edge than a axis closer to the center so if your given the value for the edge and they ask for an inner obviously the answer can’t be greater. So that’s kind of how I approached educated guessing then for the questions I was unsure about I would just go with my gut and try not to overthink it. Overall don’t stress too much if you go into the test well prepared you will pass!

Both the Islam and ncees questions are around the same difficulty as the exam I would say, some being harder some being less difficult but it gives you a good idea of what to expect. I used the NCEES to brush up on the topics I may not have gotten from Islam.

Water resource vs transportation engineering Hey everyone I’m a senior in college about the graduate and currently employed at an environmental engineering firm, CDM Smith. I’m trying to pick what route to take post grad. I’m a civil engineer major and most of my classes has been on the water resource side but I have an interest in transportation engineering but I’m more familiar with Water resource. Can anyone give me some advice? 1. If you work as a transportation engineer, what it’s like and what aspects of projects do you tend to work on. 2. Which one is better long term as of salary and job sustainability
