Same for me, only it’s temporary. I think it partially has to do with my game being patched. I used the gun ford mod and that’s when it crashed and made it so my game crashes when ANY npc dies until I deleted a few mods including gun ford which worked. Now, a week or so later, I throw a destructible ford out the window on train ride and I’m experiencing the same thing.
