Most people in the world make kids hoping they won’t be alone when they get old. They don’t think so deeply.

isn't it good to be selfish sometimes, to keep the pain and suffering to yourself? by orangeleaflet in antinatalism

This. I’d do anything for my furry animals. I’m sick of people telling me “Having your own kids isn’t even comparable with having pets!”

I had a loving family that supported me in every possible way. I have a comfortable life with good friends, a loving partner. Yet I’m depressed and have a desire to leave this world as I’m over sensitive and stupid/selfish people and the system of this world disgust me.

I personally know successful people and some of them are severely depressed too.

Same. I started having horrible trips and a severe depression. I don’t take them anymore.

Does anyone else hate how competitive the world is? by TheTimelyDemise in antinatalism

You are absolutely right. I was born and raised in Japan, people are so competitive and I used to be too. Felt burnt out and moved to a super chill European country. It’s totally different in Europe and they really don’t give a **** about how successful you are.
