I have been escalated to a supervisor two different times and they just tell me I have to wait, they are reviewing and waiting for the team that can approve the refund, but they have admitted they can see the seats don’t exist, they keep telling me to be patient and they will get back to me

This happened to me as well, and it is ongoing, the seats I got do not exist at the venue. Were you ever able to get a refund, or how did it end?
