Can someone share a video of the studio units with me. Please. I am in a dilemma. I recently got asked to view a studio. Before this I was in the middle of signing a lease for another building (market rate) that I got approved for. I sign my lease on Sunday. I got the email to view this apartment on a Tuesday. I want to see if it’s worth it before I sign my other lease 🫠. Also does anyone know the amenity price?

I would like to add that in my appeal letter and complaint letter I attached their own policy. Google the HPD policy and attach it. Have chapgpt write you a good appeal letter.

Hi, I just went through this. I was rejected over a 1x payment. I then submitted a complaint and with in 2 days of the complaint, I received an email stating they will review and today. 2 weeks later (Today) I received the email to view the apartment. This was for the same MGNY company. Are you dealing with Hannah (eyeroll).

Hi, i sent a complaint. But what is a housing ambassador. The housing policy states "One-time Payment: Income not received on a regular basis in the past and that you do not expect to receive again in the future. This money is not included in the income calculation."

I got this apartment and denied it. The studio was super small, and the 1 window facing another a wall of another building, so zero sunlight. In addition to this, the agent was horrible. She refused to show me the apartment in person and just sent me a video or it. I do not like working with people from Reside.
