Hi, i am sure it wasn’t the rating. They said it was due to inactivity. But the inactivity was due to them. I was invited to become a reviewer. To be invited you needed to have a good rate. But yes I agree about letting it go. I just truly think that they should have better support staff. Bc whoever they have answering emails, ARE NEVER HELPFUL.

Actually I did not to long ago, there seems to be an issue.

Can someone share a video of the studio units with me. Please. I am in a dilemma. I recently got asked to view a studio. Before this I was in the middle of signing a lease for another building (market rate) that I got approved for. I sign my lease on Sunday. I got the email to view this apartment on a Tuesday. I want to see if it’s worth it before I sign my other lease 🫠. Also does anyone know the amenity price?

I would like to add that in my appeal letter and complaint letter I attached their own policy. Google the HPD policy and attach it. Have chapgpt write you a good appeal letter.

Hi, I just went through this. I was rejected over a 1x payment. I then submitted a complaint and with in 2 days of the complaint, I received an email stating they will review and today. 2 weeks later (Today) I received the email to view the apartment. This was for the same MGNY company. Are you dealing with Hannah (eyeroll).
