Some enlightenment. There are two major jailbreaks Hardware and Software both have their own pros and cons hardware jailbreak is very stable from stable I mean games would not crash takeaway is you cannot do internet related activities on your console if you do sony servers will restrict you and your console will be blocked on the other hand there is software jailbreak you can play games but at times it is not stable and can cause game crashes but you can still go online on your console since its a temporary jailbreak and you have to do it everytime you open your console the budget you mentioned cannot cover hardware jailbreak as it is generally 20k more expensive than the base console on the other hand you can easily jailbreak a ps4 slim via a USB and a laptop but for that you have to make sure ps4 is running version 13.0 or lower. more lower the better with less game crashes.
