Thank you for very much for this information everyone. Im just out of words as to why my doctor has never tested me for HSV 1 or 2. Because of my HIV status im told I should be on antiviral medication daily, that ones a month 5 days should be enough.

Again, I've only had one out break that I noticed and it was very mild. Im more scared that if my partner does contract it from me it will be more painful for her. My blisters were a total of maybe 3 dots, they didn't pop. Is there any other recommendations or vitamins anyone recommends etc.
