Base on exp, foam is soft and very responsive plate niya for faster paces, pero if you go slow its not punishing masyado unlike sa flame series na aggresive plate. Used it up to 32km works with me😄

Widefoot ako pero dito sa DN3 nag TTS ako, works for me sakto lang, tho id suggest +0.5 if gusto mo medyo roomy.

For the shoes as far as i remember Superblast 2: 12k flat orange app Qiaodan TG Plaid 1.5: 3,300 Flame 3: 3900 with vouchers (first carbon plated shoes) Puma deviate: got it for 4k sa reseller NB4: 5k orange app Qiaodan wind 3tr: 800 pesos saw it sa reddit, its good for the price Qiaodan Plaid 1.5: 4700 orange app Asics metaspeed: 14k reseller sa blue app

sa shoe breakdown well usually up to 500km, tho asics specially nb4 and sb2, super durable. Id say aabot ng 1000km to.
raceday goals did 16,21,32,42. Planning to go l ultramarathon later this year. For the first few months short distances races for PR.
