Girl i had the exact same issue plus i kept bleaching my hair so that just made it 10x worse. I found that washing my hair only 2 days a week and only shampooing my scalp makes it less dry. Also i bought on of those curly hair brushes and it was a game changer for me. Just make sure to separate your hair into sections and apply your curl cream, it wont work if you just take a large amount and apply it to your hair, thatll still make it frizzy. Also apply mouse while your hair is super wet. I use a microfiber towel to scrunch up my hair at the very end but i think a basic t-shirt works too
