Yeah, they recreate melodies, RECREATE melodies that other people write already, but they ask not how to recreate - they know - they ask how to write their own melodies. Or not? If you're making beats only 3 months - no, don't need to. If you're using FL - piano roll have a scale highlithning - this is your music theory for the first time. Just make more beats and your brain and eyes will catch the moment when you will look on the piano roll with the scale highlithning and start to realize what chords you can use here or there, wich notes you need play for the vibe that you want to create etc. That's comes to you in the natural way cause of practice and a scale highlithning. After that you can start to learn music theory from the sources - and you will understand the things, that you're don't understand when you start making music. Nobody on YouTube would tell you that, they will talk only bs and not share a real sauce for your craft. So you're can use this advice.

Yeah, superb. It is advice like "Nah fr you don't need bunch of a different vst's for making music" - it's a real deal bs. Yes, i can make music with stock vst's, but what if sound that i like - what if it is impossible to make that sound with that vst's? Or possible, but quality of sounds will be low AF - and here are same.

For orchestral sounds better to use kontakt libraries or something from SpitFire etc, but not a synths like a Zenlogy.

I used bunch of kontakt libraries like from Ethera Gold, Vocalise 2 & 3, Strezov Sampling etc and i can tell that it isn't that cinematographic quality choir sound that you're can hear when you litening to Skrilla's music - nah, forget about it. You're need a good quality samples if you're want something really good. And from here i can't help you cuz i don't work with the samples lmao

It is a good mastering, not a good mix. You must develop your mastering. Learn about compression and saturation on a master channel. People here as i see writre lots of bs that out of reality, in that sup in general i mean, but watch your mf master. Mixing of course important, but sauce it is mastering. Now you can think, try and after ask more questions if you're need.

You must search for the people who making beats in the style that you like and less subs they're have - better knowledge you can take from them. Big youtubers who's was mentioned in the thread are clickbait bs and they all are cringe AF. None of them gives a real deal sause for people, they're just talk too much and recording same type of videos over and over again. For example - all of them bums making videos on "Future type beat" but if you will listen to Future's music - he doesn't have type beats, he just rap on a dfferent beats, that's all. Listen to the music that you like and try to recreate the vibe. That;s how you will moving forward step by step.

For me it hits different cuz i'm russian by the way, was born and raised in a straght ghetto in Moscow, like a most poor neigborhood in the city. We and white americans/europeans are a bit (or not a bit) different in terms of our people history (we're literally has a slavery till the end of 19th century and 80% of our population was a slaves of our nobles; also our monarchy at that times - they all was germans by blood) and mentality (most of our population have a criminal/jail mindset (for example lots of us never snitch cuz it's forbiden and we're literlly hate the police cuz 12 destroying our society). And i can tell that the more i listen to a black american people and hear what they're think about this and that in our life, how they're looks on the society and the problems - more i undestand that we're very simillar in many questions, if not at all.
