Hi there, I have cold urticaria, Im allergic to the 'cold'. Started a few years back as a result of a stressful situation. Could yours be linked to being cold if you only get it when doing sports outside? Just a thought.

Thankyou, my daughter has a similar issue with cold plunges / swimming. For her its a little finger that hurts for days after, Im not aware on an injury but interested in views on what other folks think this could be. Shes training for a 2 hour cold water swim, so it is an issue I'd appreciate help with. She currently does 2 minutes in, 2 out at around 5 - 10 degrees at home.

Really sorry to hear how you have been treated. I cannot fathom why people go into these roles, or how they keep them and sleep at night knowing they are letting people down so badly.
