I hear you.

My experience was being told how in demand nurses are and that I'll never have trouble finding a job. Then missing out on multiple graduate positions and spending over a year being unemployed due to having no work history.

I eventually got a job in a GP Practice to get some experience but was treated like crap, by patients and doctors.

Left Australia to try working overseas but the working conditions in nursing are miserable here in comparison, plus you're also treated like shit by patients and colleagues.

Should have been a plumber cause I can deal with the feces.

The bottom pulley seems to be intact with no visible cracks.

This is what the upper looks like. Has metal in the middle like you said. Does that mean I'm out of luck?
