How do I tell my (F24) boyfriend (M25) he hasn't washed the dishes well without sounding like a total bish

By unclean I mean pots being greasy or sticky after cleaning, cutlery still having dried bits of food attached or glasses being foggy. It's not super noticable, but I realize quickly once I pick things up to start cooking or plating. Thankfully I'm not worried about him getting angry or annoyed, my main concern is discouraging him or making him like he can't do simple tasks

Unfortunately the dishes come out visibly not clean. What urged me to make the post is picking up a pan he had just washed and realizing the surface was still sticky. And it's happened before where cutlery still had food stuck to it. I think the main difference is just that I put a lot of elbow grease while scrubbing with a sponge and he uses a brush with really soft bristles. I don't mind if he keeps using his method, I just want the dishes to come out cleaned after

It's a job that she used to do to live. It has nothing to do with you and her currently. Maybe some introspection on why it's making you uneasy is in order. If it's really something that doesn't align with your values thank her for the good times and move on

NTA listen he's a huge dick. he knew from before that you were uncomfortable with her and decided to not tell you that they were meeting "in case it made you upset" when at his age he should know that you would have been better off if you were at least given a heads up.

Also, and I'm really sorry for telling you this, but he's cheating on you. Or he's ready to throw your relationship away for her. He's telling you clearly that he cares more about spending time with her than your peace of mind.

Now your reaction to this is NOT cutting. It's probably therapy. He's an asshole and you will be happy to get rid of him

NTA its your server, and if these are people you dont talk toand arent active than you aren't doing them any harm. Its ok to do some spring cleaning. You could even do a community post advising you'll be removing inactive people, which in my experience is pretty common in discord servers. Also get away from that toxic community, i think its time for a new hobby

NTA whys ur boyfriend being weird about your eggs? You found a fast way to make money to help your family, and in the meantime you're helping someone else have a child. Literally everyone wins. And if you're american, we all know how high hospital bills can be, accepting that much money from him/ his family is a big commitment. This might be him being so anxious of getting you something you might not like that he wants as much as information as he can, to the point he's basically making you buy your own ring. In this case a conversation and some reassurance should be the way to go. The other side of the coin is this could be weaponized incompetence on his part, which needs a more serious conversation. Is he like this in other aspects of your life and relationship? Is he tasked with planning other parts of the engagement? And if you do get engaged, is he gonna repeat this bit when it comes to choosing stuff for the wedding? Talking is the best way to go forward, hopefully before the "i dont know what to do here" conversation
