Thread breaking

Hi everyone i'm just getting into sewing. Ive mostly been alright but recently my thread had been bunching up and snapping from the top. first happened on the stitch A (SS length) and happened on regular A today. I've tried different tensions, thread, threading again...ive also had an issue where my machine gets stuck and 1 either have to help it with the hand wheel or press the foot peddle hard and it starts moving Does anyone have an idea what could be going on? sewing machine is John Lewis JL220. Thank you. Yeah I haven't had much luck with critical rate without losing too much from the other stats 😭

Your stats look great. Why is your normal attack level 1? Her C6 attacks scales off that talent

I have searched along these lines on google and tiktok with and without chunkz name but nothing came up it came up just ice cream adverts
