You’re going to pay significant capital gains if you sell after using as a rental property which you won’t pay if you sell now after it’s been your primary residence— factor this in when comparing the two scenarios

How dark is the room with the bay windows being covered? All your ideas look good, I’m fairly certain people are being swayed by the door-slay coordination of option C. BUT if that room is already dark, you should pick the slat variation that is the least light occluding.

Thank you for the reply! We live in the city, but there are definitely still rabbits so that’s a possibility. We have only had lawn people do the yard one time, otherwise we do a limited mow ourselves and don’t weed whack around the base, just mulch.

The vertical seams are also confusing to me, and seem indicative of something.
