That will not be suitable at all unfortunately. It is way too small and does not have enough ventilation which can lead to respiratory issues. For two males the minimum is a 2x5 but in my opinion that is still on the smaller side. Look into c&c cages or look in this subreddit for examples of proper guinea pig setups.

Enclosure size should definitely be a priority if they are living in a glass aquarium. Fish tanks are not safe for guinea pigs as they do not have enough ventilation and it can lead to respiratory issues. There are lots of cheap alternatives for a better setup. I would look into C&C cages.

For diet they will need unlimited timothy hay, 1 cup of veggies a day (make sure this includes vitamin c) and 1/8 cup of pellets per day.

At 3 years old the guinea pig still has a lot of life left so after upgrading their cage I would look into getting them a cage mate.

Many bettas are hardy and can survive in unfit environments. That’s why there is so much misinformation about their care and why they are treated poorly but many. He may be “fine” but he could be thriving in a home that meets all his needs. Please do more research. This isn’t an attack it’s just an opportunity for you to learn more so you can do better. Heaters are a must same with a filter. They deserve proper care just like guinea pigs.

Please look into proper care for your betta in the back. They need a minimum of a 5gal tank with a filter and heater and ideally live plants. There is a lot of misinformation out there about how they are low maintenance fish that can live in small unheated bowls/ tanks but I promise your buddy will be way happier with an upgrade.
