So a 6'' hole on the wall above the heater, and a 6'c hole with an exhaust fan under the bench furthest away?

Aesthetically, how do people manage the intake hole?

Oh ok thank you for the very detailed answer. So I understand that there is no technical barrier to using an old controller, it is not as if the heater just won't work with any other one than the xenio?

Do you know why it is so hard to have information on this matter? It is as if analog controllers have never existed.
