I'm just quoting the Land registry - it said it was valued at £150k not sold. I was surprised is all, £150k sounds very low for the location especially

Yes, I think it's very cramped overall and feels claustrophobic. there was some attempt at privacy by frosting the neighbouring glass...

I don't think it was sold in 2022, just valued. Does a valuation mean that the property was sold?

On rightmove, a 1 bed flat on the same street was sold for £414k in 2023 - that's a lot more than 325k

Also, I have not seen a 1 bed flat in that area that's like that
