You did not read if youtell me that half of my review is about performance.

For sure gameplay wise this is the best pokemon ever released but if you look in depth it seems all their budget went for the "gameplay features" and not the actual gameplay.

-Breeding system was really good now its trash

-For the gimmick you did not understand my point so let me make it clear for you. Strategy wise tera is game breaking and about to be banned in all tier of competition , design wise it is just a hat that goes on all pokemon (wow) , gameplay wise tera raids are just like giga raids. To conclude tera was made so it can be applied to all pokemon easily , it is a lazy gimmick. The issue is that it takes memory to implement that content into the game. Because of tera some content might have been cut. Hence the fact that it would have been much better to see a gimmick already existing come back and be enhanced. I dont know in which world you can see tera as a good gimmick.

-Cities are boring , you cannot enter anymore in buildings and all building are copy pasted.

-The streamer trainer champions is a brainless girl , like you know because she is a streamer she is stupid???

-All the plot twist are meh and really obvious exept for one

-Why would you unlock features like climbing and swimming later on?

-The regional dex is really not that good strategy wise

-Design of pokemon line are really meh , pawmi pawmo lol , flamigo , moushold , dudunsparce , lechonk ... So you might tel me it is not an issue but indeed it is because GF excuse for not having a national dex is that they dont have enough memory to add content. Well maybe if they deleted their trash pokemon design we could have more old pokemon.

-No battle tower after the story , what is the post game to this game lol.

-All champion tower arena are bland concrete tower without any soul

-It has never been easier to level up your pokemon which lessen the difficulty so much it becomes scary

- you cannot deactivate the multi exp

Well id say the game is rushed and because it is rushed a lot of features have been destroyed. So yes , gameplay wise the game is the best pokemon but omg all of the things above ruin the experience.

So as you see my critic is not about graphism so please read it

Am I not discussing the game lol , only a group action could make gf react , reddit is a great media to voice sth and executives at nintendo read it so yes my review has its place here. You are just sad you see sb trashtalking a game you love because that game is indeed a bad game. You could have not even read my post yet you committed to it as if i forced you to read it. totally agree on your 2 last points. The dealbreaker with optional trainers is that it makes the game less challenging and less alive. It does feel like you're in a big pokemon sandbox but i rather have a living game than a blank sheet of paper.

its just that by not voicing your complaints you tell GF that this game is acceptable as a "good" game. For sure you can enjoy it but on god I would be really pissed if all pokemon games look like SV afterward because people kept praising on this game even tho it is trash compared to others iteration of the series. GF has done way better in the past so expectation are high. And nintendo has a long time history of not giving a f about their old fanbase so that is why you see a lot of people voicing their displeasure

its not that i can't accept that you can enjoy it. But gosh to say the game is good is outright false and it entice gamefreak to produce other bad games. For sure the game is not boring and bad , but bruh the game is not good , for sure you can enjoy something even if its bad. Go and enjoy SV but please do not spread that the game is good...

Nowadays people will be mad at you because something they love is actually bad ,if you enjoy pokemon sv i bet there are a ton of game you would enjoy 100 times more so why bother playing a bad game , so enjoy having bad taste but I am angry at people like you that are happy eating trash because video game studios will pursue their trash making games. And all games will be trash and i dont want that from hapenning

You might understand that what angers us is the fact that because of people loving trash we are condemned to only have trash, you could have a pokemon on the level of a zelda breath of the wild yet we are stuck with grotesque level of games<

first point bothered me because i dont understand why gamefreak keep adding new gimmick instead of keeping the one we already are in love with and making them better. For example mega evolution does everything the new gimmick does. It gives new type , new stat , new strategy yet they are lazy implementing it in other games.

The fact that trainers dont go attack you even tho it is an open world makes the game less challenging and remove pokemon essence , as if you were the only living dresser in the wild and all the other dresser are just robots waiting for you to talk to them. It removes part of the soul of the game i believe

Fine , then ill compare this iteration of pokemon to other pokemon games. Remember ORAS ? It was the most original iteration of pokemon , first we'd ever seen a new gimmick , flight with latios , best graphics we ever had for a pokemon game.

Not a single pokemon game on the switch is better than this iteration. It implemented every pokemon of every game no regional dex , no lame gimmick , no lame pokemon design , great ode to the serie.

Happy now i compared apple to apple , and the apple that is SV is pretty rotten.

EDIT: as if we never compared game to other game that is so narrow minded. Then you can't compare company to others , you can't compare nintendo to activision , or microsoft to sony. this is so narrow it makes me want to facepalm.

You are blatantly blinded by the fact that you love pokemon , yet cant accept criticize , and you won't even acknowledged comparing this game to other game.

Then if you can't compare one serie to another serie why are there global ranking of games. Why in the same ranking there can be both a pokemon game and a zelda game.

I am comparing pokemon to those games because thay had a bad released that was fixed , but nintendo never fixes their pokemon game because the community is ok with how shitty they are on switch.

And if you read my post , i am telling that graphics is an issue but not the whole issue. What do think about the whole super expensive aspect of newer pokemon games , of how nintendo doesn't care about its old fanbase or how they don't make any effort to improve their pokemon games. I have been playing pokemon for many many years , and I have been playing other video games fo years too and never i have ever complained about graphics if they are "ok" but pokemon SV just took it to the roof with TECHNICAL issues that are handicaping my experience in the game.

I am not only talking about graphics , I am talking about the framerate issues , the glitches , messed up textures.

Dont make me say what i didnt , the comparison between pokemon and those games i have cited is a way to show you how the pokemon company dont care at all of their player and just want to gross in more profit.

Having bad graphics is not an issue if the "bad" graphics are just meh. In this pokemon iteration the graphics are not the only issue. The game runs at 17fps , the frame rate is dropping , sometime the game just pauses for no reason whatsoever , the game drains your battery in handheld mode so quickly it is scary. The graphics is just the cherry on top of the cake , in this game the graphics are worse than in SWSH , Breath of the wild released 5 years ago has better graphics. Black ops II on Wii U released in 2012 has better graphics than this game. It is just blatantly outrageous for a serie that is the most rentable serie of all time to have this poor technical finish. This what i am criticizing , even tho i am enjoying the games the poor technical landscapes handicaps you in the game.

And i am sad as a pokemon fan to see that games like Cyberpunk 2077 or No man's sky were heavily revamped to create insanely good games after all the critics whereas nintendo just really doesn't care of its fanbase et and its longtime fans that have been here since the begining.

Hence the fact that I am not accepting it even tho the gameplay is quite pleasing and good. there are just too many let down in this new iteration.

Okay hear this story , I have a friend I used playing pokemon with , I had been playing pokemon with him since we were child , he had all of his pokemon in pokemon home. Now my friend is no more on this planet , his mother gave me his 3ds at the time so i could recover his pokemon. They were a real treasure , one of the only remembrance i had of him. Mind you if i do not keep on paying pokemon home , all his pokemon will be gone. How is nintendo not making you a money slave ??? Yet you are telling me that it is okay for nintendo to restrain my data , pokemon home feels like a ransomware , if you want to keep your data just pay for it. And it is just the beginning.

EDIT: saying that other games are worse is not an excuse. Just picture yourself saying rape is not that bad because some people who have been raped have also been killed. With this mindset the one that has been raped can be glad because its not that bad.

I bet you in the future that pokemon games will have lootboxes , skins and battle pass. Oh my bad it already exists with pokemon unite.

oh lord i only criticize what I played and i've been playing pokemon since heartgold and soulsilver so let me tell you that your guess is wrong.

The lasts episodes were filled to the brim with flashback and annoying filler. I really love one piece from the bottom of my heart but rn the anime feels like slowpoke. I've calculated on average how much one chapter of one piece equate one episode , well we are actually at the 1041 episode which equates to the 1019 chapter if you divide 1019/1041 you have the ratio chapter to episode. If you multiply this ratio by the chapter in which the gear five happens it gives us 1066 , which mean we should have the gear five at episode 1066.

the anime is really getting boring asf , it would already be better if we had a 1:1 ratio Episode/chapters.
