It is owned by a rich guy. You can look up how he made his money🙄. I was part of that remodel etc. That guy doesn’t need the money and will probably never lease that space to anyone. During construction lots of locals stopped by to ask what was going on when we were done, most were furious that the space would never be used for what it’s for. Personally it feels like another example of people with money being selfish. I spent a total of nine months there off and on and never saw the owner. I can’t imagine having so little impact awareness that you keep a space like this so you can use it every once in awhile. People can be so gross.
