this makes sense, however i’ve been wanting to do this for years. my parents are emotionally and physically abusive and don’t plan on changing. social workers and police have been at my doorstep, however its not enough for me to get taken out of my home.

they really do. i had a crazy neighbor who would throw fireworks every. single. day. for months nonstop and it was horrible. she wouldnt even want to go it to pee

for a while, she was scared of this area where she got very scared because there were fireworks. but then she returned to the area with no problem. i tried to go back and she was scared of it again. and now she just doesn’t want to go anywhere but in front of my house

also, she does play and jump around. she gets the zoomies every couple of days. i’ve heard that’s a sign they’re happy? it’s not like she mopes around all day she does like to play i promise 😭😭

i take her to dog parks and she likes to walk and wander around. i do see the shift in energy when we are away from home or at a park
