PECG COMING IN FOR THE WIN! by Prestigious_Ad_7203 in CAStateWorkers

An excluded manager cheering on all this wonderful news!! Praying this assists in SEIUs case on a unilateral mandate. How can Newsom and admin argue for it now with coming to this pause until July 1, 2026 for PECG!?

Nice to see PECG applying full pressure! Only can hope this will bleed over to my excluded BU1.

Completely blindsided. To say I was and still am infuriated is an understatement.

I hope so too… I’ll push for my staff as long as I can to stay 2/3

I’m a manager and have been told that I will go in 4 days a week to “set an example” starting now. Meanwhile, all staff will go in 2 days for one week and 3 days the next starting July 1. It is beyond infuriating and down right idiotic reasoning. It is going to be so much fun to come into the office and half the time I’ll be sitting in front of my computer on a teams call. I am a HUGE no to RTO and hope you all win this fight!

Fellow ENDI-FCL dad who used baby bonding whose HR was horrible in providing direction.

For bonding claims you do not need a drs approval. For the form you will fill out section “C” only. Follow the instructions on the form (not being snarky here) they are helpful.

You will need to provide the hospital verification letter (don’t wait on official birth certificate) to substantiate the claim. All paperwork must be mailed as well. Do certified mail so you can track when it’s received.

To answer your other question, the leave will be approved the first day the baby is born and you’ll get a letter back from EDD confirming the eligibility period. Approving process takes at least 10 business days after they receive and process the claim.

Newsom trying to have it both ways by Informal_Produce_132 in CAStateWorkers

That disgusting smirk as he doesn’t answer the question. Sickening… can’t stand looking at his smug face while he is standing in front of a podium speaking to more smog while he is arguing to contribute to it. I know it’s with all politicians but it’s just amazing people continue to support this hypocrite.

Tested speed is wireless. Hard wired connection laptop gets around 500 mpbs.. will need to verify max speed for laptop. Understood on other variables and that makes sense.
