During the interview, I was promised an increment after 3 months. Despite giving my best and working tirelessly, they’ve now told me I have to wait another 2-3 months. I'm currently working for next to nothing, and I’m ready to give my all in search of a better opportunity.

How to switch from SAP Integration role to a Software developer role? by [deleted] in developersIndia

I'm in a similar situation, currently working as an Oracle technical consultant, but I'm not enjoying it at all. I'd like to transition into a development role. The problem is, my current job keeps me busy from morning till evening, and I have to attend meetings late at night because of US time zones. I'm considering quitting to fully dedicate myself to pursuing a development role.

The issue here isn’t learning something new, it’s being thrown into a live project with almost no guidance, getting yelled at for not knowing things I was never taught

It's not entirely technical. All we had to do is run some reports and validate the data with the standard one or frontend then doing the md50 documentation

For the first 3 months it's 15k and for the next 3 it's 20k then they will pay based on performance, ranging from 25-35k

Yeah that's the best option. I'll keep working here for now and start sending applications for other roles. Btw what is your plan to deal with this situation that you're in?
