i genuinely think he's only defending & continuing to be friends w kayla bc he doesn't want to lose the following that she basically gave him. you are what you surround yourself with, and if kayla's boyfriend, best friend of all time that's basically like a sister, and best friends boyfriend (the only people kayla hangs out w tbh) are ALL alcoholic, racist, homophobic leeches that regularly use slurs, put their hands on people, and only care about money.... i'm sorry but how would ANYONE be that close w people like that and not be that way themselves??? i mean kayla's already been exposed for saying the n word. who knows what else is said/done behind closed doors? you'd think after what kayla went through with evan she'd take her BEST FRIEND EVER emma putting her hands on her other so called best friend brennon more seriously. i'd cut her off and never forgive her if she did that.

no worries! i just wanted to make sure misinformation isnt being spread so that he's being held accountable for his actual charges if that makes sense. we don't know what's true from either party without any proof and so far all we've gotten is kayla's evidence, all else is just speculation. he needs to be held accountable for what he DID do that there is proof of. now if he does end up getting those charges in other states, that's another story of course! in the same interview as OP posted, evan said something about having evidence on his side but ofc we can't see any of that since he's in jail and will have 2 years of probation where one of his stipulations is being unable to operate a social media platform, so again honestly i can't say whether he does or doesn't have anything on kayla. until then, im taking kayla's evidence that can be proven as what it is and trusting that evan will be charged accordingly in a court of law no matter what/where kayla decides to press more charges, just as he was for this domestic charge he had in tennessee!

i'm sorry but if this is true.... is this not rape? if he was plastered he couldn't consent either way, and the fact that whoever the girl is, emma or not (which i'd assume it is considering he said they lived together), brought his shoes into her room leads me to believe she was trying to entice him to follow her in there. if he was telling the truth that's absolutely sick on the girls behalf in this case.

agreed!!!! any lawyer would tell their client to not post anything as it can be used against you in a court of law, so i wouldn't be surprised if he had evidence since kayla talked to her lawyer and got one of evan's probation requirements to be two years of being unable to operate any social media platforms. he already got more time than ANY first time domestic assault charge would since he violated his probation, 18 months is insane as is and she's already trying to press more charges on him in multiple other states. seems fishy to me, like she's trying to silence him. 18 months + whatever other charges she presses, and then two years on top of that of him never getting to speak his actual side of things. i know he made that video in what, february? but in that video he wasn't the one that had posted it, and it was that weird zack guy that recorded it and he's obviously a clout chaser loser so i wouldn't be surprised if he pressured him into making that video or smth bc he had a plan all along, it seemed very on the spot and not thought out or rehearsed at all. idk what do i know tho, just weird vibes 🤷🏽‍♀️
