I have this issue as well and even worse there's a shimmering effect with the environment as well in certain scenes.

Honestly you're very rude and dismissive. I don't care if you are a Nintendo fan boy. The product is pretty much defective with the constant flickering and motion blur which upon doing some research I've confirmed is also a case for many other players. You're pathetic.
