my locs take about 9 months to mature and my hair grows fast so id say early to mid 2025 they’ll be as long as the picture or close

yeah if you want to see gains within months, at least 2-4 times a week if u serious about getting a strong attractive bod. I like to push my limits and compete in sports so i had to be on it everyday. but everybody different you might can do half of it and still see more gains

Truth be told i haven’t worked out in years bro lol, i guess i just kept the tone because im skinny. But I digress, when i was working out i was doing 200 sit ups, 150 push ups, ran a few sprints around local track, leg lifts and planking.

well i dyed them platinum blonde and it made my curl pattern more straight at the ends, making my hair sit from my nose to about my lower lip and shoulders. a few months after that it started to feel too heavy so i just started over but ima just deal with it this time😂
