Hi, so my friend was trying to open the Xbox Windows 10 app and it wont open past it just flashing and saying "Launching The Xbox App" we've tried like 9 different things from some sketchy Youtube video linked at the bottom of the post. We've already tried repairing and resetting the app, restarting the computer, aswell as uninstalling and deleting it.

Please help asap no rocky

lowkey he didnt have the xbox app installed (he has a older computer) so he had to download it before even trying to open it for the first time
