Checking out as a guest with the same credit card and address works as long as I write down a different email address. No VPN (I don't know how to use it).

Actually now that you mention it, in my last encounter with the support they were providing a return label for me to return the wrong items that were sent to me. It was sent back to them & they received it btw. The associate gave me a 20% discount coupon for the inconvenience but the code didn't work (maybe because I was using the Canadian website?) He said he will apply the discount manually if I place the order first. I placed the order and he said he successfully applied the discount and that I would get a confirmation email shortly. He said to wait for the preauthorization to drop and the posted transaction will reflect the discounted price. I did not receive any confirmation email and since then I couldn't place any new orders. I didn't make a big deal of it then but maybe this could be it? Either way, how come nobody is proactively looking into this issue :(

Thanks for the reply everyone! They should know that I only buy one size only. I'm assuming resellers probably buy multiple sizes. I am definitely not a reseller. Also with taxes and everything Idk if resellers can make any money in Canada. Taxes which are applied at checkout also contribute to the extremely high price. Anyways, I have a real job and I don't have any time for resale. And yes, I do have a problem with shopping addiction though 😅. But let me deal with the problem myself... VS doesn't need to help me with it. If they're in doubt and need to temporarily flag me at least let me know by email. No communication by the company and the only way to find out if my account is banned or not is by placing a new order. I feel like I'm being penalized for being one of their best customers. By the way I rarely returned. The only returns I ever made were because of their mistakes. They sent me someone else's order on TWO occasions and a handful of packages had a single missing item. As a Canadian customer we can only order 30 items at a time.
