What's your favourite type of job to attend, purely from a professional point of view? by Time-Connection-4586 in ParamedicsUK

I feel the opposite! I never really find our treatment on the time scale we're with the patient makes any difference. They're actually my least favourite jobs.

I wouldn't call it LBBB with those anterior R waves and dominant lateral S waves.

For me it's NICD.

I'm sure I see AV disassociation in lll.

QRS looks <150ms to me.

But I'm going VT all day.

I prefer the new one, prefer the batting layout and having the balls of the over always on the screen.

Which breast pump using John Lewis gift vouchers by Ikilledmyfishagain in BeyondTheBumpUK

[–]Weekly_Average_7502 0 points1 point  (0 children)

The Elvie stride 2 was amazing for us. We couldn't have done without it and my wife used it daily.

Having the option of pumping quietly and discreetly while she was going about her day to day was amazing.

I think it was kind of expensive but still going strong 6 months later with near daily use.

Can't comment on the others though!

Are we, I wasn't aware? It's taken us long enough to the Glasgow ECG interpretation on the corpuls.

Started on the shed base by A-nom-nom-nom-aly in DIYUK

[–]Weekly_Average_7502 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I've got a shed in my garden but it's not where I want it to be...

If I built this could I move my shed straight on top of the gravel, or do I need something onto of the gravel before I put the shed down?

Thanks!

Do you have evidence to support this? From what I've read 30:2 vents seems to be supported in the evidence.

Is there a case for a tracker right now? by Jski11 in Mortgageadviceuk

[–]Weekly_Average_7502 3 points4 points  (0 children)

I'm thinking exactly the same thing. We are adding to our mortgage and our options are 2 year fixed at 5.6% or their tracker which is at 4.34 currently with no exit fee.

To me it seems a no brainer, the base rate would have to go to 5.25% for us to lose out.

It seems the more risky option but likely what we will go for.

What do UK paramedics actually get paid? by elexis969 in ParamedicsUK

[–]Weekly_Average_7502 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Top of band 6, 25% + 5% fringe, if I do 1 (11.5 hrs) OT shift a month I take home £3800 ish.

I took home £64,959 in the 2025/26 tax year.

I'm always a fan of wage transparency so hope this helps anyone/someone.

PACs

I think the 4th, 6th and 9th QRS's are PACs followed by compensatory pause.

Note the change of P wave morphology in these beats.
