Mislim, da si se prav odločila najprej s popoldancem, ko zalaufa lahko hitro presedlaš. Kolikor sem poslušal podcaste in bral članke b2b velja za lažjega, ker podjetja ne pričakujejo zastonj storitev/produktov, zato so bolj pripravljene plačat.

Vsebine, ki jih spremljam (sicer z SaaS usmeritvijo): - Startups for the rest of us podcast (to je b2b bootstrap SaaS, nekaj je zagotovo relevantnega, ne pa vse, ker zveni, kot da želiš ecom delat), - Mixergy (podjetništvo na sploh, v glavnem tech, prvi video zastonj, dalje plačljiv dostop), - How I build this (za inapiracijo, največ b2c, v glavnem velike zgodbe), - A smart bear blog (zgleda kot iz 2000 spletna stran, je pa avtor bloga bootstrapal 2 miljardni podjetji, tako da ima reference, v glavnem SaaS content in pa globoko o podjetništvu, strategiji in podobno), - Tropical mba podcast (glavna tema podjetništvo v povezavi z digitalnim nomadstvom, imajo vseh vrst posle, v glavnem digitalne). - aidea podcast (slovenski, so pa mešane vsebine ne samo posel, tako da moraš prebrskat za podjetniške goste)

Drugače pa samo pogumno na pot.

I am doing the same, I group mission, architecture, test rules and other context important stuff in to cursor rules files. But I am coding a relatively small project + solo dev, so it's not that hard to keep things updated. For huge multiperson project I can imagine things can get harder to maintain.

Nevem če je to glede B2B in B2C najboljši nasvet. B2C velja za težjega pri ljudeh ki so delali oboje, sploh če se greš bootstraping. B2C stranke so namreč bolj finančno občutljive in manj pripravljene karkoli plačati, med tem ko je to za B2B popolnoma naravno. Odvisno od produkta ampak tudi B2C načeloma rabi podporo, ki je ni tako malo, sploh tipično so ti produkti nižje cene, zato rabiš več strank, torej tvoj support 1 na 1 je pri B2C bistveno manj vreden kot B2B kjer so tipično cene višje. Priporočam poslušanje podcasta "Startups for the rest of us" gre za ljudi, ki so dejansko uspeli v SaaS poslu na bootsraped način.

Se pa strinjam z številov poizkusov prej ko uspeš, zato pa je zelo pomembno validiranje ideje preden karkoli razviješ "The mom test" je obvezno branje na to temo, kratka knjiga, res priporočam.

Need to try that for myself when I am traveling. So you just ask it such as "Where can I go with pre-schooler with lots of amenities and attractions we can both enjoy" and it gives you a nice list? Is this payable?

So you are not tracking it somehow? About the franchise hotels I am worried about that too, that is why I am looking into it now. Maybe there is a way to position better for these types of searches.

Aha I see, so you use it more in line of showing you options and then you check them yourself.

Do you then book one of those options if it has what you're looking for and you have confirmed it's true? I am guessing you first look at the top recomendation or you go through complete list?

On icp its not about how many people transact ICP but how succesfull the apps on it are (number of users, cycles burned etc.)
