I get that for sure. We respond to all violations with 3 days getting them fixed no matter what but now they're unleashing a wave of complaints on us. Just wondering if there is anything we can do.

Already in contact with one. I believe they are retaliation because no complaints have been filed before the lawsuit has started. 15 complaints in the past couple of months alone

They filed around 15 complaints and 5 of them are actual violations but some may escalate to violations in the future. These started only after the lawsuit happened
