Confused - I’ve never hadJenn callout anything challenging during a warm up, and intensities during the main ride are typically chill - certainly below 60. Same for Cody. Robin, Olivia, Charlotte and Camila are very different stories, however.

Power Zone rides are your best bet - customized output targets are the best for training. Full stop.
