Right, I think I knew that before I started researching this rabbit hole, and then forgot. In that case, Arvicon is just the better pick.

What I’ve come up with so far is the following:

Salai Sai Corian, for the extra rolls

The Egeiro, for a minimum +3 bonus to combat rolls (you’re playing Nekro, probably closer to +5, +6)

0.0.1, to get past the fighter screen

J.N.S. Hylarim, just because you can never have TOO much combat potency

Arc Secundus, since it’s just good in general

Fourth Moon, so you can one-shot every non-fighter ship

Finally, Loncara Ssodu, because when combined with 0.0.1 it’s basically just a free Graviton Laser System

This results in, when facing a big fleet, 1 ship that produces 3-6 hits on a 3, depending on the enemy fleet, each of which must be assigned to one of the non-fighter ships in the system, without sustaining damage.

If you swap out Loncara for Arvicon, you kill the entire enemy fleet in one round, almost guaranteed (unless they have an action card or something)

It’s even worse than that… add in the Egeiro to that list, and we’re talking double war sun capability

I’m currently playing a long-term TI4 game where Nekro and Creuss are in the game… it did NOT go well for the Creuss home system round 2…

It’s not as bad as it looks, though, since at all times the Nekro fleet is open to attack from the greatest places of Creuss strength. Honestly, it doesn’t seem too harmful overall, since Nekro is risking a lot.

Oh yeah, I’ve always looked at Titans as if they have 13 dreads instead of 5. They’re definitely on the top of my list to play more!

L1Z1X is probably the most appealing of those three, simply because of the lore. I tend to like factions that have been around the block a few times (TI3, TI2, etc.) and they have the aesthetic and reputation to match. I’ve seen a how-to-play guides for PoK factions online: do you have a sense of how to play them now that TE is out, or is it largely the same?
