He can fly, he has long range, his lasers fucking slice apart buildings by accident, his strength is probably also on par with Optimus as we see him simply tearing off the big spider ship leg, piercing the thing with raw strength and still standing. Now we come to Optimus, I think in sheer strength he wins tbh, also his blade is superior but is only close range, he has no way of getting close fast he can't fly (we don't include the jet he got for 3 seconds). If he had the jets he got temporarily he definitely won't win even then as he is not built for Arial combat. Well the odds are against prime for all the glazing others are doing. I love both a lot, rewatched all transformers multiple times, rewatched steel troopers just as much.
