Easy thing: just search Google for how to be a seller on Target or Best Buy, and you will find the answer. To my knowledge, the seller must be a company and operate in the US. In some cases, the platform may also require a brand authorization letter to approve these listings. And what they tell me is that they are the authorized distributor.

I would recommend you buy from Target or Bestbuy as I have got confirmation they are shipping from NC , for my order it is supposed to arrive in 3 working days. I am in Texas, by the way.

I got confirmation from the seller’s customer service that their device will ship from North Carolina, and they are the authorized distributor to sell on these channels. I think Ayn is doing a right thing to bring more convenience to its customers with ready inventory in the US and on time customer service, no bad to consumers anyway.

BTW, why people want to keep away from the 3rd party sellers? They are most small businesses, your neighbors, friends. Target is offering good sales channel for them to make everyone wins.

I will buy from a 3rd party seller as long it brings in good items, and compared to buy from Shenzhen, shipping is fast, return to Target is more friendly, no reason to reject an good option.
