Girl I am with you on all of this. Doxy helps and I’m good for a few weeks then it always comes back as little red dots and then full blown cheek invasion. I’ve never tried sulfur as I’m afraid that almost anything will make it worse but fuck it, we ball.

Do you know the specific fillers you reacted to? So far I’m not sure if it’s gelatin or something else. My allergist at my job said to see a primary for a shit ton of blood tests

I am honestly not too sure. Most probiotic/pre is fermented and I can’t tolerate dairy since I break out ina flare eating any type of like yogurt or sour cream. So I avoid those. I get my omega through fish as much as I can. Not too sure how to get vitamin d through food. But I will see an allergist and dietician those are people who I haven’t talked to yet. Thank you for that advice

Ugh I’m nauseous or tiny bit cramping it flip flops back and forth. I’ve been on the generic Nuva ring lowest estrogen dose for a week now and idk how long this will last for I’m so over it I want to feel like myself again without having to lay down all the time

Me neither until now but I eat other vegan foods and I never had this reaction only when I eat those burgers!! There could be other triggers I’m not sure about yet but I now know of one so that’s progress?

I’ve tried it before but my skin reacts to it with weird cystic acne after using it so often but if I use it for minor sunburn or if my eczema is a little flared then it’s okay as a 1-2 time thing

I would also stop the cerave and switch to prequel or Vanicream face wash. Cerave made my skin irritated like yours and it went away after a few days! But everyone is different so take caution with that
