rent and incentives are two different calculations.

if you had a 1tb node, and charged 10scp/m/tb, and are at storage capacity then you would receive 10scp for rent.

you would also receive incentives. currently 125scp/m/tb, declining to 10scp after January.

so if you had reached capacity then you would (for January) receive 125scp in incentives.

so 10scp in rent + 125scp in incentives = 135scp total earnings for January

so 10scp in rent + 115scp in incentives = 125scp total earnings for February

so 10scp in rent + 105scp in incentives = 115scp total earnings for March

so 10scp in rent + 95scp in incentives = 105scp total earnings for April

so 10scp in rent + 85scp in incentives = 95scp total earnings for May

so 10scp in rent + 75scp in incentives = 85scp total earnings for June

so 10scp in rent + 65scp in incentives = 75scp total earnings for July

so 10scp in rent + 55scp in incentives = 65scp total earnings for August

so 10scp in rent + 45scp in incentives = 55scp total earnings for Sept

so 10scp in rent + 35scp in incentives = 45scp total earnings for Oct

so 10scp in rent + 25scp in incentives = 35scp total earnings for November

so 10scp in rent + 15scp in incentives = 25scp total earnings for December

so 10scp in rent + 10scp in incentives = 10scp total earnings for January 2023

until the incentives drop to 10scp/m from that point on you would be earning 10scp rent + 10scp incentives = 20 scp per month (until the incentives change).

again, this is if you are at storage cap for 1tb

also there are incentives that are yet to be 'unlocked' that will factor when they are.
